Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD)

  • Ability to learn and adapt with AI capabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives
  • Draft and review estate planning documents with attention to detail and clarity
  • Represent clients in probate proceedings, including estate administration and guardianships
  • Work closely with individuals, families, and fiduciaries to develop and implement customized estate plans
  • Manage client relationships and maintain high standards of communication and service
  • Stay current on relevant state and federal laws related to estate planning and probate
