Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client consultations with empathy and clarity, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and case details.
  • Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique situation, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with medical experts and trial consultants to gather and present compelling evidence.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in court, advocating passionately and persuasively on their behalf.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their case progress.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, striving for fair and favorable resolutions for clients, while minimizing stress and uncertainty for them.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Ability to lead client consultations with empathy, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and case details.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic legal plans tailored to individual client situations.
  • Strong collaboration skills with medical experts and trial consultants to gather and present compelling evidence.
  • Proficiency in preparing and filing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Experience representing clients in court, advocating passionately and persuasively on their behalf.
  • Ability to maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their case progress.
