We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play an essential part in the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for tracking project progress, managing resources, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful completion
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, workshops, and events
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and meeting notes
  • Facilitate communication between team members and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
