Sales Consultant/Manufactures Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Kitchen and Bath Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our amazing portfolio of cabinet brands to clients while providing exceptional customer service. You will act as a liaison between the manufacturer and our dealer partners, ensuring that their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Present product offerings to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase products and connect with potential clients.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven Kitchen and Bath experience in design, sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and our team.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with 20/20 Design Software or Other.
