Our boutique fee for service dental practice is seeking an experienced Front Desk Concierge Team leader to become the face and voice of our office - a role that blends elegance, efficiency and genuine care.

Duties

  • Warmly greet and welcome every guest, ensuring each visit begins and ends with excellence
  • Manage and optimize hygiene and doctor schedules to full productivity
  • Oversee front desk operation including patient check in/out , treatment coordination and accurate financial communication
  • Support and motivate the administrative team to maintain highest standards of care and service
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette; respond promptly to patient inquiries

Schedule and Benefits:
