You're a creative leader with acrylic painting skills and the ability to inspire others. You thrive in high-energy, fast-paced settings, love connecting with people, and know how to deliver a standout guest experience. With 2+ years of management experience, you're organized, communicative, and ready to bring your artistic flair to one of South Florida's most exciting creative experiences.

The Role

The Store Manager is at the heart of our West Palm Beach launch and will oversee daily operations once open. You'll be the go-to creative leader, shaping the customer experience, guiding your team, and ensuring every session meets Muse's high standards for artistry and fun.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Studio: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences.

• Artistic Leadership: Teach and assist in painting sessions, offering guidance and inspiration to guests.

• Team Development: Coach, motivate, and lead your team while fostering a collaborative, energetic culture.

• Event & Operations Management: Prepare for private parties, special events, and ensure operational excellence.

• Customer Experience: Handle complaints, drive sales, and maintain an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

• Scheduling & Staffing: Manage schedules, approve time-off requests, and ensure coverage during peak hours.

• Inventory & Visual Standards: Maintain studio appearance, track inventory, and execute marketing displays.

• Compliance & Safety: Uphold food, beverage, and safety standards for a safe and enjoyable environment.

• Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to improve studio operations, guest experience, and team engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Full-time availability, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong acrylic painting skills and a passion for art

• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, music-filled, high-energy environment

• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) and reliable transportation

Experience & Education

• 2+ years of full-time management experience

• Bachelor's in Art, Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience

• Experience in customer-facing, group-led, or hospitality roles

• Experience teaching group art classes preferred

• Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe Manager certifications (training provided)

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, move quickly and safely in a dynamic space

• Work in a high-energy environment with music and large groups

• Occasional remote work requires a quiet, professional setup with reliable internet
