Job Responsibilities

  • Adhere to professional and legal requirements, and the principles of behavior analysis and demonstrate sound professional judgment at all times
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and all service providers as necessary to ensure continuity of care
  • Perform direct and indirect assessments to identify the function of the client's behaviors
  • Attend all relevant meetings for clients, including treatment team meetings, IEP/ISP
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to clients, staff members, and caregivers
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented treatment plan and modify the plan as necessary
  • Prepare and submit all required documentation on time
  • Maintain scheduled meetings with BCaBAs to maintain supervision standards and exceptional service delivery.

Required Skills And Qualifications
Individuals qualified for the BCBA positions should have background and extensive knowledge in the field of applied behavior analysis and possess a minimum of:

  • Board certification or enrolled in coursework toward certification
  • Prefer 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism
  • Prefer 1 year of experience overseeing/training staff
