What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans rooted in ABA principles.
  • Implement, monitor, and adjust behavioral interventions tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Provide trauma-informed care using least-restrictive, least-aversive strategies.
  • Train and support RBTs in effective behavioral health practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, PTs, Counselors, SLPs) to deliver whole-child care.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.

Who You Are

  • Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for Colorado licensure.
  • Experienced in (or passionate about) pediatrics and individuals with developmental differences.
  • Committed to trauma-informed, compassionate, evidence-based care.
  • A collaborative team player who values learning and shared growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salaries (based on experience):

  • Level 1 (0–3 years): $85,000 – $95,000+
  • Level 2 (3–5 years): $88,000 – $98,000+
  • Level 3 (5+ years): $90,000 – $100,000+
