Senior Scrum Master

Summary :
Scrum Master with a strong technical background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead agile delivery for our IAM programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine hands on understanding of IAM concepts and technologies with proven experience in leading Agile teams to deliver secure, high quality IAM capabilities across enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more IAM delivery teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Drive agile delivery ensuring sprint commitments are met and impediments are proactively removed.
- Partner with the IAM Product Owner to manage the product backlog, define priorities, and ensure alignment with business and security objectives.
- Collaborate with IAM architects, engineers, and security teams to deliver IAM capabilities such as authentication, authorization, provisioning, SSO, MFA, PAM, and federation.
- Track and report on sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) and continuously improve delivery predictability and quality.
- Support and mentor team members in Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate integration of IAM initiatives with broader cloud and enterprise security programs (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, SailPoint, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and audit requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the IAM engineering team, product management, and other technology stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master, leading technical delivery teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong technical understanding of IAM concepts, including:
- Identity lifecycle management
- Authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, etc.)
- Privileged access management (PAM)
- Federation and SSO implementations
- Role based access control (RBAC) and policy design
