We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SEO, graphic design, and analytics to develop compelling campaigns that engage audiences and drive business growth. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to comments.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and visibility on search engines.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Engage in social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand messaging, press releases, and relationship management with media outlets.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Manage e-commerce content updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns online.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand tone before publishing.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid social media promotions.
- Knowledge of branding principles, public relations tactics, relationship management, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent content creation skills including graphic design, photography, video production/editing, proofreading, and storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize marketing efforts effectively.
