Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to order
  • Provide friendly, attentive customer service
  • Operate point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and dining area
  • Restock and prep items as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
  • Assist in other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Experience with POS systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help both customers and team members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
