Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and beverages while providing outstanding customer service in a vibrant restaurant environment. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations based on their preferences and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours.
  • Continuously update knowledge of drink trends, menu items, and brewing techniques to enhance offerings.

Experience

  • Previous experience in bartending or mixology is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
  • Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices within a restaurant setting is an asset.
  • A background in hospitality or brewing can enhance your application but is not mandatory.
