Lead with purpose, grow with people. As Senior Human Resources Manager reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will drive HR execution across Nationals Park, building a culture that empowers employees, ensures compliance, and aligns with Levy's mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution
- Guide performance management and succession planning
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state HR regulations
- Foster a positive employee relations environment through consistent and equitable application of HR policies and procedures
- Promote a best-in-class, continuous learning culture by developing current managers into future leaders, while enhancing engagement and retention
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance employee and customer relations in support of organizational growth
- Promote Levy's values of inclusion, diversity, and continuous development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (five or more years of HR related work experience will be considered in lieu of)
- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be flexible to work some evenings, weekends and holidays during the Major League Baseball - Nationals home games and Nationals Stadium special events as needeed due to business requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current SHRM or HRCI certification
- 5+ years managing hourly employee relations and conducting investigations
