As Partnership Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind sponsor relationships and recurring revenue for Eudēmonia Summit 2026 and beyond. This role blends relationship management and strategic sales, operational precision and creative problem-solving. It's a hands-on role for someone who can nurture long-term partnerships, deliver seamless activations, and help shape how brands experience Eudēmonia—before, during, and long after the summit.

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate lasting partnerships with sponsors, exhibitors, and strategic collaborators—building trust, consistency, and meaningful brand alignment.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify and prioritize brands that share Eudēmonia's vision for well-being and inspired living.
  • Craft thoughtful proposals and partnership concepts tailored to each brand's goals, audience, and values.
  • Lead seamless communication across all stages—from first outreach to activation and post-event reflection.
  • Serve as a day-to-day liaison for partners, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and an exceptional experience before, during, and after the Summit.
  • Coordinate cross-team workflows to align deliverables, creative assets, and activation logistics.
  • Review activation ideas for feasibility, alignment, and impact before moving into production.
  • Oversee on-site execution for sponsor deliverables—acting as the partner advocate and point of contact on the ground.
  • Prepare post-event reports that celebrate wins, capture data, and provide clear ROI storytelling.
  • Maintain organized tracking and communications through HubSpot and partnership management tools.
  • Support local and community partners—hospitality, wellness, retail—to extend Eudēmonia's presence year-round.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in partnership management, client experience, or account service within events, experiential, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A relationship-first mindset with proven success building trust and retaining long-term partners.
  • Clear, warm communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts with grace under pressure.
  • Experience coordinating brand activations or sponsorships at live events.
  • Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through across multiple timelines and teams.
  • Collaborative and thoughtful—able to balance partner needs with brand integrity and operational realities.
  • Comfortable working within tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, and presentation platforms.
  • Passion for well-being, longevity, and community—someone who genuinely believes in the Eudēmonia mission.

Compensation & Culture

Open salary range (~$80k base + commission + potential bonus + potential equity). Remote-first with preference for South Florida–based candidates. Travel required for retreats and on-site Summit execution (Nov 5–8, 2026, West Palm Beach).
