Summary
At Homeward Bound, our Regional Managers of Residential Services are leaders in ensuring high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will play a vital role in overseeing residential program operations, health and safety practices, quality assurance, and service delivery that empowers people to live full and dignified lives. Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of person-centered services in line with individual plans and HBI standards.
- Oversee site operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, training, and compliance.
- Conduct audits, implement improvements, and lead internal investigations when needed.
- Monitor healthcare delivery, environmental safety, and nutritional services.
- Supervise Program Managers and Float DSPs, offering coaching, mentorship, and support.
- Liaise with families, guardians, case managers, and regulatory agencies to build strong partnerships.
- Manage frameworks and exception processes related to DWRS rates and funding.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a human services setting.
- Bachelor's in human services + 1 year direct care experience
- Associate's in human services + 2 years direct care experience
- Diploma + 3 years direct care experience
- 50 hours of training + 4 years direct care experience under supervision
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules, DWRS systems, and disability services.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
