Netchannels is looking for a Product Manager/Program manager with technical skills for our client: Google Cloud - Legal. This is an exciting role for a someone with experience in Product Marketing, Operations, and Software Development. This position is FTE W2 of Netchannels, on-going and long-term rendering services for our client Google Cloud.
Product Manager - Software Development - Program Manager
We are looking for a talent to support the Cloud Legal team through supporting or leading a variety of projects and initiatives, including compliance review, contract management and processing, internal knowledge management systems, and dashboard creation/management. This position reports to the Legal department.
The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with tactical execution, understand Go To Market activities, and be able to code to develop tools for the extended team. The role is focused on improving processes, and providing visibility into projects for the stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Go to Market expertise: understand the process involved in bringing a service or tools to market where the audience is the legal department. This includes user interviews, gathering feedback, developing specifications document. Develop a communication plan for the launch.
- Program manage projects with all inter-departments and keep the ball rolling.
- Technical expertise: code in Java or PLEX to run unstructured data into structured data that are easily digestible such as dashboards that are easy to view and read.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Product Management expertise
- Software Development experience
- Program Management experience understanding Cloud/Enterprise software technology
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheets
- Experience in the Google suite of products is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to execute cross-functional programs by collaboratively working with business teams and legal teams
- Strong communication and business writing skills, ability to work effectively with senior executives as well as junior team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to break ambiguous tasks
- Show initiative
- Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills and a strong bias toward action. Ability to assess a situation, quickly evaluate the pros and cons, and make decisions.
- Thrives in an ambiguous work environment, able to manage tight deadlines and work autonomously.
