Job description:

Taxtics, a dynamic and growing accounting firm, is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to ensure our clients receive top-notch service throughout their entire journey with us. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the client experience, as you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through every step of their engagement with Taxtics.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with our services. You'll be responsible for making touchpoints throughout their entire process, from onboarding to project completion and beyond.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement in our client service processes and suggest enhancements to streamline communication and increase client satisfaction.

Reporting: Track and report on client feedback and satisfaction, providing insights to the team to help refine our service offerings.

Requirements:

A friendly and great personality

Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a professional services environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering a high-quality client experience.

Experience using CRM software and other client management tools.

A proactive mindset, with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Must be able to work within EST timezone.

Understanding of tax processes, IRS procedures, tax forms, and compliance requirements.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; can manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Ability to follow detailed SOPs, workflows, and compliance protocols without deviation.

Ability to break down and explain tax concepts in simple terms.

Comfortable using client portals, CRM systems, and project management tools.

Proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.
