In the role of Telemedicine Onboarding & Elevation Specialist:


•    You will work with a team of caring, knowledgeable, and fun individuals to provide Telemedicine customers with an exceptional onboarding experience.

•    You will utilize your technical skills to configure systems and/or integrate with IDEXX products and services.

•    You will educate customers on the ideal workflow and industry best practices that will reveal the value of Telemedicine for them and their patients.

What You Need to Succeed

  • You have 3 + years of experience in a technical customer support focused environment.

  • You possess strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to have an open mind and a willingness to learn.

  • You can quickly learn Telemedicine products/services and new business tools.

  • You have experience working in a veterinary practice or a solid understanding of how veterinary practices function (including practice workflow, practice roles, and client communication).

  • You have a college degree(preferred) or a combination of post high school studies.

Schedule:

  • Preferred hours are an 8.5 hour shift between 8:00am & 8:00pm EST. Must be flexible to work weekend and/or holiday shifts.

What you can expect from us:

  • Hourly rate of $23/hr + based on experience

  • Eligible for annual bonus
