Small Lot Wine & Spirits is a rapidly growing wine and spirits importer and distributor. We import wine and spirits from 6 countries, have a portfolio of over 500 distinct products, and distribute to over 1200 liquor stores and restaurants in 3 states. You'll succeed with flying colors if you are the following:

• Detail-oriented - Picking, packing, and delivering a truckload of wine with up to 100 different products can be dizzying. We are looking for detail-oriented folks who thrive in making order out of chaos.
• Have a great attitude - You are on the front lines of our business and will interact with our customers more than anyone else in the company. Being flexible, courteous, and conscientious is a must.
• A great communicator - You may run into issues while on the road and it is imperative that we keep open lines of communication going between our trucks and our warehouse.
• Safety conscious - Making sure our employees are safe while working is our number one goal. While we do everything we can to make sure you have a safe work environment, we rely on you to follow all safety protocols and guidelines throughout your day.
• Able to lift 40 pounds - Sadly we aren't delivering potato chips. Each case of wine can weigh anywhere between 15 and 40 pounds, and a typical delivery route will contain about cases that need to be hauled.
• Have a clean driving record.

If you were here last week, here's what you might have done

• Helped pack delivery vehicles (cargo vans) for their routes.
• Picked product for various routes.
• Delivered a local route or an outstate route such as going to Duluth or Rochester.
• Kept and turned in receipts for purchases made with a company-issued credit card.
• Acquired copies of all signed invoices and returned them to the warehouse at the end of each work day.
• Took proof of delivery photos for each order delivered.
• Received a truckload of new product into the warehouse.
• Worked on Saturday for an increased hourly pay.

Hours

This job will average 35-45 hours per week

• Monday : 8am - receiving is finished
• Tue - Fri: 5am - route is finished

Compensation

• $22.00/hr

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Clean driving record/insurable
• Ability to drive a cargo van
• Professionalism, especially during customer interaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
