We are looking to fill multiple professional and courteous Licensed Esthetician positions to work in our Wellness Center & complete our team

Conveniently located near Barker-Cypress & West Rd, next to Deputy Darren Goforth Park. We offer a variety of therapeutic services to strengthen the body soothe the mind.

We LOVE advanced modalities If you have experience with new, innovative techniques, we welcome a leader in the industry to add something new to our facility. MUST possess an active license. We offer Esthetician's the chance to grow in the wellness industry while bringing their own expertise to our growing practice. Our goal is to provide our guests the best quality service in the area.

We handle appointments - We will take care of all your client scheduling, leaving you to focus on your passion for pampering your clients.

Supplies provided - No more running to the store before an appointment. We'll provide you with everything you need.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Job requires 1 weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday.

· Constantly and consistently exhibit superb core values and standards of behavior

· Proactively greet guests warmly and provide a pleasant and comfortable experience

· Effectively communicate with guests to confirm services and to review special needs

· Perform treatment following Wellness Center and professional protocols

· Ensure guest is comfortable and being well attended

· Assist with cleaning activities of the facility in between sessions.

· Restock and replace linens, supplies and other items as necessary to ensure there is no delay between treatments

· Explain main steps of treatment to prepare guest

· Use guest name when speaking

· Prepare guest for exit when treatment is over.

· Offer a refreshment at completion of service and escort guest to relaxation area.

· As guests leave, engage them in a friendly manner, inquire how their experience was and invite them to return to the wellness center soon.

What We Want from You:

• A strong desire to help others become their best selves.
• Ability to provide and perform customized facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing.
• Ability to recommend and educate clients on the best products to use.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate clients on the benefits of Facial/Skin Care as part of their overall wellness program.
• Ability to develop and propose client treatment plans unique to the client's needs.
• Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients in accordance with Texas regulations, while maintaining applicable privacy laws.
• Have basic computer skills with open mind to grow, multiple task,
• Reliable and self motivated, driven , strong work ethic and professional ethics

Certifications / Licenses:

· Must possess proper National and / or State license for specific therapy

Past Work Experience:

· Prior hotel or equivalent guest service experience preferred

· Prior spa or wellness center experience preferred

Environment:

· Performance of duties occurs indoors in temperature-controlled setting and occasionally outdoors, as season permits

Some requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

6+ months of experience in each type of massage that our facility offers.

Some computer skills.

Outstanding communication skills

Well-groomed, professional appearance.
