Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Support Engineer Onsite Dallas to join their dynamic team. As a Field Support Engineer Onsite Dallas, you will be an integral part of the IT Support Department supporting various technical operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide on-site support for software installation, testing, and maintenance at designated locations.
  • Assist with hardware setup, moves, adds, and changes for desktops, laptops, and thin clients.
  • Support datacenter activities including server installation, racking, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Manage asset inventory, including hardware disposal, backup, and documentation updates.
  • Respond promptly to incident requests, ensuring adherence to SLA and KPI standards.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with technical support, desktop, or help desk roles.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Ability to work on-site and handle physical installation and maintenance tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills for inventory and asset management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
