The role of a Sugarloaf PM House Attendant is to service and assist with the needs of our guests, condo owners, and Housekeeping Department. A House Attendant has a unique position within the department in that their responsibilities cannot be clearly defined, as every shift will be different. This position frequently interacts with guests in the hallways, rooms, and lobbies. PM House Attendants typically work a 2pm - 10pm shift at our resort.

The right candidate for this job will have a valid driver's license as this role will frequently drive a work vehicle or your own vehicle to move between locations. This full-time seasonal position comes with great job perks and resort discounts.

Responsibilities

  • Be willing and able to help any guest encountered with enthusiasm and a smile
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Clean common area and hallways as needed
  • Deliver items to guest/owner rooms and condos
  • Organize linen drops
  • Assist housekeepers, laundry attendants, as well as other departments as needed
  • Become familiar with all room layouts in order to meet guest needs and respond to questions/requests
  • Escort guests around resort property and be able to answer guest questions

Qualifications

  • Must be a team player
  • Must have good guest service skills and be safety conscious
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and do physical work
  • Must have clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to work in changing weather conditions
