Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, designing data solutions, and supporting project initiatives. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop data models, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Develop comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Visio.
  • Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with SDLC best practices.
  • Design and maintain databases utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database management systems.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL, R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) to extract insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and scripts for efficient data retrieval.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement database design improvements and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in the development of analysis workflows utilizing Business Analysis techniques and tools to streamline processes.
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical teams and business stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis with strong understanding of SDLC processes.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Solid knowledge of database design principles and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Strong programming skills in R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or related languages for data analysis tasks.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools like Visio for process modeling and documentation.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of analytics techniques and statistical methods for business intelligence projects.
