The digital client partner will be responsiblefor new business development and growing existing customer relationships withinan existing account.· Develop strong, trusted, and advisoryrelationships with Director and Program level stakeholders, with Business andIT within a trusted customer account.· Execute on Sonata's existing accountgrowth strategy.· Sell company's portfolio of services(Upsell and Cross sell) – Digital transformation, Data and AI, PlatformEngineering, Infrastructure management services, and Digital Marketing. Idealexperience:· 5 -10 years of IT services accountmanagement experience· Track record of building relationships andgrowing existing accounts through multi -prong account strategy· Identify, develop, nurture, and growexisting and new relationships.· Cross selling and upselling multipleservice lines and capabilities.· Digital technology experience is a plus.· Creating, communicating, and executingstrategic account plans incorporating account marketing.· Experience of working in a globalmulti -cultural delivery model organization.
