Position Summary:

We're currently seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team. This is a hybrid role that starts with a morning meeting at our Saginaw-based office, where our team aligns on goals, huddles for motivation, and reviews training topics. Afterward, you'll travel to a local retail partner location where you'll represent Fortune 500 clients directly to customers. This is not a remote position and requires in-person, face-to-face interaction with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily in-office meetings to review goals, receive coaching, and collaborate with team members
  • Travel to assigned local retail locations within Saginaw to represent clients
  • Approach and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions
  • Build rapport, answer questions, and guide customers toward purchase decisions
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily sales targets
  • Report performance metrics and customer insights to team leads

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus—but not required
  • Self-motivated and coachable with a desire to grow professionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Reliable transportation to office and various Saginaw-based retailers

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and/or holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation to both the Saginaw office and retail locations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and actively engage with customers

Work Location:

  • Hybrid role: Morning meetings at Saginaw office followed by assignments at Saginaw-area retail locations
  • This position is 100% in-person and customer-facing

Employment Type:

  • Full-Time (W2 Employee) – Not independent contractor or 1099
  • Weekday and weekend availability required

Compensation:

  • Hourly Base Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission structure
  • Total Compensation Potential: Averages between $600–$1,200 per week (base + commission)
  • Paid Training: Yes – comprehensive, hands-on training provided
