About the Role

Our small residential architectural firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, financial processes, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including scheduling, phones, mail, and supplies.
  • Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliation using QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and organize office events.
  • Oversee HR tasks such as onboarding, PTO tracking, and insurance coordination.
  • Support project updates, license renewals, and maintain filing systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with HR processes and vendor management preferred.
