Bonnie Brae, a Special Education School and Residential Treatment Facility for at risk youth is currently seeking a Full Time Quality Case Manager.  The Quality Case Manager is responsible for auditing and monitoring contract deliverables across the organization to ensure timely completion of required documentation. Primary focus areas include the clinical, nursing, psychiatric, and residential departments, with additional areas audited as assigned. This position generates routine reports that provide leadership with visibility into outstanding and/or overdue documentation. The position focuses on completion audits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Audit records for completion and timeliness of required documentation across assigned departments.
  • Expand auditing scope to other departments or service areas as assigned by leadership.
  • Pull data from electronic health records, logs, and tracking systems on a routine basis.
  • Generate standardized reports (weekly, monthly, and as needed) for leadership review.
  • Identify trends in documentation completion and escalate systemic issues to leadership.
  • Support compliance with Joint Commission, NJ DCF, Medicaid, and other contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of audits and reports for regulatory monitoring and survey readiness.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to ensure follow-up on incomplete documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Mental Health related field with 3 to 5 years relevant experience or an unlicensed Master's level practitioner with one-year relevant experience required.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and EHR reporting functions.
  • Ability to generate clear, accurate reports for leadership.
  • Comfortable working across departments and escalating issues appropriately.
