Bridge Advisory Group is a rapidly growing brokerage platform specializing in high volume residential leasing across New York City. We partner with entrepreneurial agents who are ready to build and scale their business supported by Bridge infrastructure lead generation and exclusive inventory.

What You Will Do


• Represent tenants and landlords throughout Manhattan and surrounding boroughs


• Conduct showings manage inquiries and guide clients through the full leasing process


• Source new listings while maintaining and growing landlord relationships


• Negotiate and close lease transactions with operational support from Bridge teams


• Build a consistent pipeline and grow your personal book of business
