A prestigious national law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join its Business Litigation Practice in Los Angeles. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, alongside a collaborative and accomplished team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work
- Participate in depositions and pre-trial motion practice
- Collaborate with team members on trial preparation and strategy
- Engage directly with clients and contribute to case development
Qualifications:
- 2–7 years of experience in general commercial litigation
- JD from a nationally accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with depositions and motion practice
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Admission to the California Bar is required
