Job Summary

The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in supporting our retail store. This position is responsible for managing third-party inventory processes, preparing weekly store transfers, and assisting with general warehouse and production tasks as needed. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, small-team environment and enjoys working with both products and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform third-party cycle counts at the retail store to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Pull, ticket, and pack the weekly GWSC product transfer to the retail store.
  • Receive, count, and ticket all incoming third-party products and prepare them for store transfer.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Support production tasks when inventory duties are complete or during slower periods.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the owner or management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
