Position Available: Account Manager – Landscaping Industry

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Account Manager to join our landscaping team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and organizational skills who enjoys working outdoors and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Conduct regular on-site quality control inspections to ensure all landscaping work meets company standards.

Work directly with ground crews to resolve any issues or service concerns promptly.

Identify opportunities to upsell enhancement services and projects to existing clients.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of landscaping and maintenance services.

Perform frequent client visits to assess needs, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships.

Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service recommendations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in landscaping, property management, or client account management preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Must be on-site and available for frequent field and client visits.

Valid driver's license required.

Reliable personal vehicle required for client visits (a weekly gas allowance will be provided when using your own vehicle).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM software preferred.
