We are seeking a
high-impact Corporate Strategy Manager
to play a key role in shaping the future direction of our business. This individual will drive strategic initiatives, support long-term growth planning, and lead high-visibility projects that influence executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to
    define, launch, and execute strategic and operational initiatives
    that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the
    development and execution of strategic business plans
    aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Independently manage
    multiple high-priority projects
    , developing work plans, performing analyses, synthesizing data, and creating actionable recommendations.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and dashboards
    , transforming complex data into clear insights and strategies for VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Support strategic initiatives including
    M&A pipeline development
    , target evaluation, deal execution, integration planning, and divestiture support.
  • Collaborate on enterprise-level initiatives including
    investor relations support
    , market research, and long-range financial planning.
  • Track project implementation and results to
    evaluate success and inform future strategy
    .

What You'll Bring

  • MBA highly preferred
    ; strong business acumen and strategic thinking required.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical and strategy-focused role.
  • Proven ability to
    analyze complex problems
    , develop solutions, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with demonstrated ability to create
    clear, concise presentations for executive audiences
    .
  • Strong command of
    Excel and PowerPoint
    ; familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating large, matrixed organizations.
  • Highly self-motivated, intellectually curious, and able to
    thrive in ambiguity
    with minimal oversight.
