As the
Manager, Corporate FP&A
, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making at the highest levels. You will be responsible for key financial planning and analysis functions, including:

  • Corporate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Board and investor reporting
  • M&A support and integration planning
  • Ad hoc analysis for private equity sponsors and executive leadership
  • Tracking and interpreting key financial and operational KPIs
  • Driving process improvements and automation
  • Leading the implementation of a new forecasting/planning system

This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence and hands-on analysis, with direct interaction with senior leadership and private equity investors.

The ideal candidate for this Manager, Corporate FP&A will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
    (MBA from a top-tier program strongly preferred)
  • 4-5+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience
  • Strong background in corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis
  • Experience in
    investment banking, private equity, or top-tier management consulting
    is highly valued
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
    and familiarity with planning, dashboard, and analytics tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive value
  • A track record of
    career progression and professional stability
