Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute high-volume shipping and receiving operations, ensuring material intake accuracy against documentation.
  • Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and store heavy, oversized materials, such as 20ft to 40ft pipe or beams, in a yard and warehouse setting.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and utilize an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for all shipping and receiving transactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in operating a forklift, specifically handling heavy and long materials.
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems for inventory, logistics, and material tracking.
  • Familiarity with yard operations and the safe staging/storage of bulk industrial goods.

This position is essential for supporting efficient supply chain flow through expert material handling and precise logistical execution.
