Job Overview
Supports logistics activities and procedures to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction and cost saving.

Job Requirements

  • Maintain New Supply elements and ensure EDI connection between 2 different Systems (S4 & PR2)
  • Correct Transmission of the Demand and reflection in the Sending location
  • Clean up of the Blocks generated due to two different systems communicating in between the region
  • Communication with planner to solve the EDI issues in time
  • Ensure confirmation is reflected correctly between Both TE's Sending and Buying Locations (AB, LA confirmation)
  • Tracking of the transit
  • Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries
  • Create RMA to Return Stock in case of Need
  • Closure and clean up of old Supply documents and SAP parameters related.
  • Process Direct Orders between 2 different systems in case of need (X-co / TAS / TAS drop …)

Educational Degree
What your background should look like

  • University degree or equivalent education
  • Bac+2 degree in logistics and Supply chain

Professional Experience
Working experience with supply chain planning systems and SAP systems in School's project or previous internship experiences

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge in supply chain/ master planning and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
  • Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, able to Present the challenges faced in SAP, root cause Analysis and solution provider.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Power BI or other reporting tools are a plus
