As a Security Officer - Logistics Screener in Lowell, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a leading logistics and distribution location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Conduct screening procedures for individuals entering the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel as they enter or exit the location.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies and protocols while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all screening activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during the shift.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to help to deter potential disruptions and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
