Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Director for a community located in the Indianapolis market.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property upkeep.
  • Complete annual renewals on current tenants.
  • Tour prospects through the community and follow up on all leads to maintain high occupancy.
  • Maintain accurate legal administrative files related to property operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Experience

  • 3 or more years of property management experience is required.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation.
