Join our team as a Front Counter Associate, where attention to detail meets customer service. You'll be the friendly face at our front counter, helping customers care for their clothing while inspecting garments for stains, tears, and special cleaning needs. If you take pride in quality work and enjoy helping people look their best, we'd love to meet you.

Valu Cleaners is a small business in Houston, TX. We are agile, customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to provide the best dry cleaning customer service experience in the city.

We are looking for someone to join our team to help create and retrieve customer orders. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to customer service and an ability to multitask. Our company is looking for a quick learner who has the ability to solve customers' problems and follow directions closely, and is able to effectively communicate with co-workers and management alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver orders to customers.
  • Tag clothing and sort orders.
  • Be able to have an efficient phone conversation.
  • Be kind to customers.
  • Be able to work at a fast pace.
  • Be able to make split-second decisions.
  • Be a people person.
  • Have strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
