What You'll Do

  • Visit homeowners (appointments set by our marketing team)
  • Recommend remodeling solutions that truly improve their homes
  • Present financing and close high-ticket deals
  • Build a strong pipeline using our CRM tools
  • Represent CMK with professionalism and personality

What You Bring

  • A closer's mentality — confident, competitive, coachable
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in B2C or in-home sales is a plus, not required
