Job Summary:

Kilpatrick's Chicago office is seeking a Trusts and Estates Associate with at least 3 years of direct experience. The ideal candidate should come from an estate planning practice, tax practice, or another transactional practice. Proficiency in high-net-worth estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and the drafting of wills and trust agreements is highly valued.

Key responsibilities in this role include demonstrating excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on precision and attention to detail. The successful candidate will exhibit a high level of organization, along with exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals is essential. Strong academic credentials and active admission to the IL Bar, and experience in a large or mid-size law firm is preferred.
