Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate at Subaru of Fort Myers, located in Fort Myers, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles, and assisting customers through the sales process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, keeping track of leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Salesmanship skills, including negotiating and relationship-building abilities
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage leads and follow up efficiently
  • Basic technical knowledge of automotive products, or a willingness to learn
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivation to drive results
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in sales or automotive sales is an advantage
