We believe sales associates are essential to delivering customer service that offers a pleasant shopping experience and drives sales results.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will need to be available for a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are looking someone who is available through April/May to support our seasonal traffic.

Expectations of a Seasonal Sales Associate include:

· Establish and maintain customer relationships

· Engage and sell our latest fashion trends

· Promote and sign up customers in our loyalty program

· Maintaining a clean and organized store

· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Have basic computer skills to use a register

Job Description

· Assist customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner delivering superior customer service.

· Consistently seek trends and product knowledge.

· Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.

· Be aware of current promotional events and sales.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.

· Properly execute all relevant register functions.

· Handle online orders with attention to detail and minimal errors.

· Help grow our customer base by adding customers to our VIP program and email list.

· Be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling phone orders.

· Keep the sales floor clean and merchandise organized.

· Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.

· Set up advertising displays or signage and arrange merchandise to promote sales.

· Stamp, mark, or tag merchandise with correct prices.

Qualifications

· Previous retail or sales experience is preferred

· Be an excellent salesperson and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

· Basic computer skills.

· Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.

· Accuracy and attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills.

· Self-motivated.

· Ability to work effectively with team members.
