Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth and visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record in multichannel marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can develop innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Manage social media marketing efforts across various platforms to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
- Lead advertising sales initiatives, including print advertising and digital campaigns through Meta, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of compelling visual content that supports marketing initiatives.
- Implement content marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion rates.
- Oversee B2B marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and product management.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on all marketing activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including email marketing, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, and analytics tools for tracking website performance.
- Demonstrated success in managing multichannel campaigns that drive engagement and sales growth.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience in budgeting for marketing initiatives and managing resources efficiently.
