Additional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B customer support or account management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, order management systems, and other business tools.

Duties Include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, managing client escalations, complex service requests, and high-value accounts.
  • Collaborating with sales, operations, and product teams to resolve customer issues, ensure on-time service delivery, and drive account growth.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM documentation, ensuring all client communications, updates, and escalations are properly recorded.
