What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Specialist
, you'll be the vital link between our operations and customers. Your role includes:
Handling customer inquiries and calls with professionalism
Managing support requests and ensuring timely resolutions
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
Maintaining accurate records and utilizing CRM tools effectively
Identifying customer needs and cross-selling a variety of transportation and logistics solutions, including truckload, brokerage, and warehousing services
Building strong relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
2+ years of customer service experience; logistics experience is a plus
Positive attitude and flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
Sales-minded approach with the ability to recognize and act on cross-selling opportunities
