Responsibilities:
- Assist with benefit administration, billing, and leave of absence tasks.
- Process Sales License Applications and related audits.
- Perform HR data audits and reporting within Workday, taking action to correct or enhance processes as needed.
- Conduct various audits to assist with payroll processing ( i.e. timekeeping reports)
- Update pertinent employee information in Workday, our HRIS system of record
- Follow up with new hires to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed. (i.e. I-9 , drivers license, direct deposit elections, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Prepare and maintain HR files, documentation, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist Recruiting team with recruiting tasks which may include posting positions internally and externally and reviewing candidates.
- Support HR projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of HR related experience; experience in a high-volume, retail, or automotive environment preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills required.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms preferred.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail.
