RK&K is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our University Recruiting Program in our Baltimore, MD office. This is a part time position.

As an Intern in our Talent Acquisition department, you will receive on-the-job training, work alongside, and collaborate closely with the University Recruiting Talent Acquisition Advisor and other TA Advisors within the department. In this role, you will gain insight into various aspects of the Talent Acquisition & University Recruiting process. You will be exposed to various challenges, projects and technologies related to full-cycle recruitment.

This is a Hybrid role.

Essential Functions

  • Support the University Recruiting TA Advisor with planning events, organizing data, and developing strategy related to early talent
  • Assist with planning and coordinating intern social and engagement activities.
  • Evaluate and order marketing materials for on the ground events
  • Create job postings, meet with technical teams, and hire candidates through an ATS
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for the larger TA team
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure timely responses to each application
  • Collect feedback from managers

Required Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Exposure to HR or TA coursework (Recruiting, HR Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with event planning or student organizations
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
