Role Description

As the Vice President of Global Business Operations, you will play a critical role in leading and optimizing operational strategies and processes to support the company's growth and global vision. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami Beach, FL, offering the flexibility for some remote work. Core responsibilities include overseeing operational functions, driving strategic initiatives, managing supply chain operations, ensuring continuous improvement, and leading essential projects to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Operations Management and Operational Excellence, with a proven ability to optimize systems and processes.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management, with a focus on aligning operational objectives with overarching business goals.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams in a global environment.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid work setting and adapt to diverse, fast-paced business challenges.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred, with a solid track record in business operations and management roles.
