Our dental office is looking for a motivated individual to join our team. The position is for " Dental Assistant" . We are a busy private dental office on K St NW Washington DC ( Metro Accessible by Foggy Bottom, Farragut West/ North Stations).

Prior dental experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train the right person. If the candidate doesn't have a current DC dental assistant certification, mandatory training and certification will be required.

Knowledge of Curve cloud based dental software is a plus.

Compensation to commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Duties and Requirements:

  • Daily interaction with patients, Assisting dentist and dental hygienist, Setting up operatory
  • Shall be registered to work in DC as a dental assistant
  • Must pass DC health background check
  • Must be friendly, motivated, willing to learn, and well organized
  • Must be meticulous
  • Must have great customer skills and strong communication skills because it relates to patient education and interaction
  • Must be computer literate
