Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Auto Estimatics Claims Appraiser to join our claims team. In this vital role, you will evaluate auto damage claims by accurately estimating repair costs, analyzing vehicle conditions, and collaborating with repair shops and insurance adjusters. Your expertise will ensure fair and efficient claims processing, helping customers get back on the road swiftly while maintaining the integrity of our claims operations. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess extent of auto body and mechanical repairs needed.
  • Prepare detailed auto estimates using advanced auto estimating software (CCC) , ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters, and customers to negotiate repair scopes and costs effectively.
  • Analyze vehicle damage reports, repair shop estimates, and mechanical assessments to determine appropriate claim resolutions.
  • Review automotive repair procedures, auto restoration processes, and service writing documentation for consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain clear communication with all Body Shop throughout the claims process, providing updates and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Experience

  • Proven experience in auto estimating, auto body repair, or automotive Repair management.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, and collision repair procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for fair claim settlements while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Familiarity with auto estimating software and analysis tools used in the automotive repair industry.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims procedures.
